Dijana is attorney at law qualified in Bosnia & Herzegovina, in cooperation with BDK Advokati AOD. Her main focus areas are M&A, corporate, employment, disputes, and commercial law in general. She has advised on some of the largest cross-border deals in Bosnia and has experience in corporate reorganizations, takeovers, squeeze-outs, capital increases/decreases and intragroup mergers.
She graduated from the Law School at the University of Banja Luka in 2010.
She is fluent in English.
