BDK Advokati advised Atlantic Grupa in acquiring Strauss Adriatic, the owner of Serbian coffee brands Doncafe and C kafa. Atlantic Grupa will also assume control of Strauss Adriatic’s production facility in the Šimanovci industrial zone near Belgrade, along with its 220 employees.
This integration is an important contribution to Atlantic Grupa’s development of the coffee category in Serbia.
BDK team was led by Vladimir Dašić, senior partner and head of BDK’s M&A practice, with the assistance of associate Milan Popović and junior associate Petar Erić. Senior partner Bogdan Ivanišević and associate Anja Gligorević advised on the IP aspects of the transaction.
