Compliance risk is inherent part of business. In an environment of ever-increasing regulation, adequate management of compliance risk is of key importance. Ability to understand and minimize the risk generates strategic advantages for companies.
We assist clients in establishing tailor-made risk mitigation policies and measures, drafting internal compliance documentation, formulating appropriate internal and external communication strategies to handle compliance issues, and creating appropriate corrective measures. We also provide on-site and off-site trainings to help clients raise compliance awareness in their organizations.
We support clients run internal investigations to identify and address compliance risks and breaches. Following the results of internal investigation, we help clients formulate and implement remedial measures.
We also represent clients in criminal and administrative investigations and judicial proceedings stemming from compliance issues.
